The httv Radio Portal solution enables the broadcast of information synchronized with audio streams. The TV becomes a radio information gateway with an extensive possibility of different looks and feels, from a radio mosaic to a dedicated single-radio service.

The httv Radio Portal broadcasts all the information needed by the set-top box applications to play correctly. This information includes features such as:
   • current song / speaker / programme information
   • next song / speaker / programme information
   • enhanced information about the radio channel (programmes, speakers, style, genre…)

The httv Radio Portal is an end-to-end solution from the back office to a totally customizable set-top box application.

The httv Radio Portal is fast to deploy and is available for multiples platforms (OpenTV™, Mediahighway™ and DVB-MHP). It is based on open W3C standards (XML, XSL) and DVB recommendations (DVB-SI). It also integrates the THALES technology: the Quartz™ and the Coral™ servers.

Our R&D work on httv Card has enabled us to help TPS (French Satellite) for its radio portal.
httv Card has been deployed on NOOS (French Cable) with NOOS Radio.
